Well now my hair every time i wash it has a stickeness, gooiness, feeling and i cant brush it till it dries completly, and if i do brush it mair falls out.. I think it could be a chemical reaction.. What should i do??

You are right that it is a chemical reaction. It is over-processed.
It sounds like when your hair was tinted, the color was probably applied over the entire hair shaft every time. Since the ends had already been colored, they don't need full color processing each time. Only the new growth should be tinted. (I have an article on The Hair Site on this)Then when you put the perm into your hair, it took it over the edge- to WAY over-processed. Your hair needs regular protien treatments now to help strengthen it so that it will not break any more. Try not to put any stress on it- or as little as possible. Stress= rubber bands (even covered) blow drying, brushing, etc.
