OK, I copied and pasted the URL.
From what I can see from the picture...
I would call it a modified afro. Done with loose curl and either straightened (with small flat iron) or not permed bang area.
Then it is probably dried by applying gel or mousse, blown dry with your head upside down and arranged by using your fingers to fluff it and pull down the bangs. :tut:
