I have had alot of problems w/ fried frizzy hair. I got a perm a couple of weeks ago and it ruined my hair gave me splits in's and a bad style!
Does anyone have any suggestions on hair product or any way to helo my hair...?

Ease back on the use of detergents (shampoo) as much as you can and condition, condition, condition! And try to apply conditioner even on days you don't wash it.
You may have to trim really dry and/or split ends to cut down on the frizz.

The best thing for your hair is a protein treatment. - Usually professional strength. Perms are made to break down the protein in your hair - thats how they work. Your hair need to be re-structured.
Also any conditioner with a PH of about 3 will help restore your hair.
Trimming will be necessary since split ends don't go away by themselves.
