High lift color is a blonde tint that uses a higher volume developer to lighten hair. It will often result in a light blond. Depending on your natural hair color, sometimes it will be a golden blond.
Regular tint will lighten a little but rarely to a blonde stage unless your natural hair is already blond.
Bleach is stronger and harsher on the hair but will give more assured results and can be used to go as light as you want.
