I love Reba's hair in the new season of the show (it is a very popular cut, but I have no idea what it is called!) Anyway, I want my hair like this, but I don't know how to get it to flip out like it should. Can anyone help me please?
I am including a link to the hairstyle I am talking about. My hair is a little bit longer than hers is, but I still want to style it like hers. Thanks for your help!

Very cute cut. I don't think the style actually has a name. If it does, it's regional and will be called something else in another part of the country.
Getting your hair to flip out like that depends on your hair texture.
Some women use a large round brush to dry it that way.
Some use a very large curling iron to curl each flip individually after it is dry.
A narrow flat iron can also be used to form each flip.
Almost every type of hair requires a good amount of styling product - glaze or foam - to create it.
