has anybody tried the multi tonal dyes from loreal my highlights are very brassy and my roots orange will this help

I've tried them, but only in the darker red colors. I like the multi-tone effect, it's more subtle than highlights. I thought you said previously that your roots had come out lighter with a dye. That happened to me once, the rest of my hair was a gorgeous red-brown and my roots were bright orange. When I called the help line they said that particular dye reacts with heat so when I piled my long hair on top of my head the heat caused the roots to be a different color.

no it will not help, the colors you buy at a store are only 30 volume peroxide. you need 40 volume in order to bring your hair up and get the brassiness out
