I have naturally dark blonde hair which i have been dying dark brown for about a year. I decided i wanted it light blonde so i started getting streaks put in. I then decided i couldnt wait so i bought a "Ice Blonde Lightener". The packets said it would work on my hair colour but i did it and now i have this big white strip down the middle of my head, with all these orange and red streaks through the rest of my hair. If anyone knows how to fix please let me know as i really hate it being like this. Thankyou.

Lightener works faster with body heat, so the roots lighten much faster than the rest of the hair. If your roots were not tinted, that would allow them to lighten faster too.
The only way to even out the color is to apply the lightener to the specific areas that you don't like and let it work until it is what you want. If those areas are very stubborn, you may even have to wash it off and reapply it so that the product will keep working.
Unless you have help, the easiest thing to do is go to a hairdresser.

i def wouldnt keep lightening it again and again~ very drying... unless ur hair is in great condition... would def say see a hair dresser~ i did that wheni was younger and just had a semi put on it... it was darker than i had wished but i didnt have lion head anymore (i know how u feel )
