Is hair still supposed to be shedding after being on propecia for about 5 months? I have been on propecia for a little over 5 months and Im still loosing hair. Is this normal? I remember reading somewhere that while on propecia you will shed a good amount of hair but it is because it will regrow. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Should I start to worry that it wont work on me, or is it too soon?

How much are u shedding now? If it's under 100 strands than your all right. Normal shedding is between 50 to 150 a day.

Loosing about 50 hairs a day seems right (when I take a shower). However, I don't know if it's part of my hair loss or normal shedding.
