I'm a dr. assistant, and have had conversatons with doctors in the past with cosmetic surgery in Argentina, and know that it is quite a high risk.
The doctor that has done my work has been amazing, and is extremely affordable. It is worth checking out his prices.
This isnt a infomercial, just a chance to see someone that is does amazing work.

THere is a woman from another forum I frequent [no urls please. edited by admin.] who is suffering major complications after plastic surgery in Argentina (a tour company called Plenitas)... SHe is in dire condition and has a 50% survival rate after blood poisoning...
