Answer
You can shave. I shave my chin everyday. Just no plucking or waxing. Bleaching is not recommended also because of the chemicals used.
Answer
yes, shaving is the only thing you should be doing. there is nothing wrong with it and it in no way will worsen the results. you just can't remove hair with the root with any method that does and bleach is harsh on the skin and shouldn't be done before laser as kaitlyn said

umm...say what?
Answer
my opinion??? on bleaching? Bleaching burns my skin. I would not want to get laser with my skin already inflamed. That would probably hurt, possibly cause blisters.??
Answer
Ask your laser tech. If I were your laser tech and you bleached recently, I wouldn't treat you, regardless of how you feel your skin handles the bleaching.
You say you want to maximize the first visit? Don't compromise your skin by bleaching. If your skin starts reacting during the treatment, the tech will either stop completely or lower the energy, and you will not have achieved your goal.
Bleached hair would be shaved prior to treatment anyway.
