unfortunately, i am one of those people who likes to scare myself after i have had something done. i have been reading on this site about dropping eyelids, headaches, etc. i don't want to get too scared and don't want to be too pessimistic. my trusted friend injected only the recommended amount and only in the FDA approved areas. she even avoided my bunny lines because she hadn't had practice on those area yet. i remained upright for over six hours, did not rub the area and did not exercise for 48 hours. i also did botox "exercises" to make sure the botox didn't migrate. PLEASE share any good stories you have

I am sort of in the same boat as you. I had my first injections about two weeks ago. I absolutely LOVE what it has done for my forehead. However, I did get significant bruising under one eye (with a lump - is this the "migrating" you mentioned?). I am still very happy with the overall outcome. However, I am not sure about the crows feet areas. I am a super bruiser all the time anyway and given that my eye area still crinkles up a bit, I am not sure it is worth it for that area again. Do you know how much was injected into each of your areas?

I am VERY Happy with my BOTOX. I have been "doing it" for about 2 years---about every3- 4 months. I have a little bruising about twice. can tell that it is lasting longer now, so I will probably only need to have it about 2 to 3 times a year. Vanity is taking over,----I bet all of us that have used BOTOX for cosmetic reasons, also have bleached our teeth!!!! (Smile BIG, you won't wrinkle)!!!

Got to say that I have never felt better about my looks. Botox has smoothed out the tracks between my eyes. People think I look rested and refreshed... And I love the compliments,,, and I love to flirt with the men that look my way.
