I am suffering from ingrown hairs big time. I've gotten electrolysis on my stomach areas, and the electrolysis has caused a lot of ingrowns in this area and as a result, I have multiple hyperpigmented spots. It kind of resembles a giraffe. Are there lasers that can get rid of this hyperpigmentation? Should i quit with the electrolysis in this area?
I also waxed my bikini area and am getting a ton of ingrowns in this area too with more hyperpigmentation. Any suggestions on how to prevent these?

That's one of the disadvantages to waxing and electrolysis. It gets rid of the hair but then many are ingrown when they come back.
I would think the hyperpigmentation you're referring to would fade. I'd give it a bit of time.
If you're going to a competent electrologist then you shouldn't have to worry about scarring.
