I am a type lll skin type, with dark brown hair on my legs. I am not interested in total removal of hair, just a reduction,and for them to be lighter-blond. Which laser would be the best for me, and would I need 6-8 sessions.

laser doesn't turn hair blond. you can have only 1-3 treatments for a reduction in density.

yes, unfortuntely no way to predict. if the tech is experienced and doesn't miss spots, that will be minimized.
