I have a concern regarding LHR & would appreciate any answers soon. I know 2 girls who had LHR on their face & then had regrowth when they became pregnant. Is that true, b/cos i want to get a full body package which is alot of money but i will plan to have ababy in next couple of years. If i am going to have regrowth again then its no use.
plz help me out with this.

I don't think anyone can guarantee results.
With those two girls, there might have been something that happens to them physically that caused the hair growth. Pregnancy does cause some major changes within the body so its hard to say. It might cause changes in hormones as well, thereby stimulating hair growth. Now, was it the laser treatments that were at fault or was it the body changes that occurred during pregnancy? Would the hair growth occurred whether or not LHR was done? The answers to those questions need to be answered and its anyone's guess as to what those answers are.
From what I've been reading, I don't know (if I were a woman) that I would want to have LHR on the face. It seems to me that there have been a lot of stories written where it APPEARS that the laser might have stimulated hair growth on the face. Relatively, I've read very little about other places on the body where that has occurred. My guess is that you should be safe to have it done on other areas of the body.

you can't predict this. when you're pregnant, your body goes through hormonal changes, and for SOME women, can stimulate hair growth. it's up to you whether you want to take the chance. btw, laser doesn't work as well on finer hair, so i would recommend treating only areas with more dense coarse hair on your body.

Many women, especially those with a history of facial hair grow hair during pregnancy. Often this hair will fall out on it's on if left untouched. No laser, no electrolysis, no tweezing, no waxing. It's new growth, not regrowth. I recommend my clients that grow new hair during pregnancy give it 6 months post-partum to see how much they will lose before beginning laser or electrolysis. Often it will all fall out.
Other than breasts, body hair usually isn't affected by pregnancy.
