I am looking for an LHR Practitioner in the Delaware region please help.
I have very fine facial hair but they are visible for distance and they are dark. I had 2 LHR setting in India and the results were good. I don't know my skin type (wheatish). I searched for the practitioner on net and I was not convinced.
Please help!!!!!!

try to run a search on all the lhr forums. you need someone with a Yag laser, but laser in general doesn't work on fine hair as well as on coarse. have a few consultations and see what the techs say after looking at your particular case.
