Answer
I've had treatments on legs and bikini line area with the Aurora. I think it worked fairly well (type III). After about the third treatment, I began to see good results. I had a total of 8 treatments and the last one was nearly a year ago and the remaining hair has been very thin and lighter in color. However, I wouldn't call it peach fuzz. I came to the conlcusion that the Aurora didn't have enough power to get the lighter, finer hairs. At this point, I think it could get some of those hairs but not as it did before (the max settings have been used for most of the treatments). Consequently, if I wanted the remainder removed, I am considering the Gentlelase or electrolysis. At this point, the hairs are sparse, lighter and thin (in relation to when I first got started). Electrolysis might be more economical.
Overall, in the early stages, the Aurora did a good job and I am pleased with the results.
Answer
the claims that Aurora makes are somewhat exaggerated. there is a better chance of it working on lighter hair, so I would do a patch test, but I wouldn't agree with any of the other statements. And it doesn't work on blond hair. I wouldn't touch peach fuzz with any laser. That is how we end up reading of horror stories of that turning into actual noticeable hair after either IPLs or lasers.
