Cost varies. Usually $250-500 per treatment.
You should wait until all treated hair sheds, which takes 2-3 weeks. Then you should have a hairfree period for a few weeks. Then come in when you see enough new hair pop up, usually 6-8 weeks after treatment.

I went after almost 4 weeks... Thats what they recommended. All of the hair shedded and I had only a few, very small patches of black hair left (maybe like 2-4 of them). The rest of the hair that was coming in, not much was really fine and had no color to it.
Is that ok or should I have waited longer?

from now on, wait longer. otherwise, it's a waste of money. some clinics make you come in 3 weeks post treatment to do touch-up on the areas they missed, and that's usually a free service.

I did a free touch up a week after the first session. Was this second session done way too early?

yes, it was early and 1 week post treatment is too early for touch-up since you can't tell yet which hair is new and which was missed. you need to wait for shedding to end, so that you touch up the hair that was missed (meaning the hair that doesn't shed). just follow the right treatment schedule from now on and you'll be fine.
