I have been being treated for seven months every two weeks regliously and now my electrolisis is in the hopital facing a possible operation. I don't know when we will resume treatments and I don't want to lose the momentum. What do you suggest. The closest place that I could go is 3 1/2 hours away. Would I be better off to drive the distance once a month or just wait? Would once a month even do any good?

Yes, make the drive once a month and try to work a little longer if possible to make it worth your time. You didn't say what area is being treated, so I don't know if longer sessions are in your best interest or not, but getting to a first clearance is goal one and then keeping the area clear is goal two. Keep the momentum going as this is better than stopping.
