Does anyone know which state has the bext regulations as far as hair removal treatment? Or are they pretty much the same? I'm in CA and I know they have to be registered nurses, doctors, or pa's.

It really doesn't matter that much if you're looking to get a treatment. Just because someone has an MD doesnt mean they know anything about hair removal in particular. it's not taught in med school. Instead, look for recommendations and specific experience in hair removal.
