my laser hair removal treatments

Question
i have olive complexion. i had my first treatment with a yag laser in late july. i didnt need to shave the area for about a month after the treatment. i had what u call "pepperspots" but that was it. at about a month and a half the hairs started growing back in and it now looks like it did before the treatment. is this normal? i never really experienced the hairs falling out, they just kinda stopped growing for a while. i am going in for my 2nd session this weekend and i am a little upset, or should i not be?

Answer
you should take a picture this time before you go so you can compare later. most likely it just looks to you like the hair hasn't shed, but in reality it has and now the new set is growing in, the ones that were dormant before. if the hair wasnt affected, you would have experienced normal hair growth and not what you did for that month and a half. have you tried pulling on the hairs...do they easily come out without resistance? Also, in order to make the pepperspots come out better, scrub gently with a loofa in the shower.
