Seems kinda steep. I remember seeing an ad for Charlotte, NC, they offered, FULL BODY (including follow-ups): $2,500 total. not sure what the fine print was, though.

Yes, these prices are a bit on the high end, but not by a lot. Full legs (upper and lower) in LA range $350-700. Back $180-400.

Add up the individual parts you listed. Wouldn't that be the full body? Your total is $2,300, and therefore the same range of price as the quote you saw in Charlotte, NC.
Blink posted the price range in her area. Notice how there's a several hundred dollar difference? Some clinics charge the most ridiculous amounts. I'm sure they were able to get away with it in the beginning, but more and more clinics offer competitive pricing. Don't pay more than you have to, and SHOP AROUND.

I think he's saying $2500 was for all sessions total for full body and these prices are per session. I suspect the fine print might have said that $2500 is per session. But yes, definitely shop around. I recommend getting at least 3 quotes. You can also bargain down the price once you have a quote in hand with the practitioner that you like best.

I heard In other countries like india laser treatment is more and more cheaper
they will do 32,000(in rupees) for 4 treatments on legs ... in dollors it was like Around $800 ...
i don't know time span for these treatments
I don't know about results
Only problem is we have to visit that countries for 4 times for treatments .....
which costs more than the cost of treatment here

there are some clinics in the US, like the following in LA that charges pretty reasonable prices. you just need to look around and of course it helps to be in a large city that has a lot of options. more competition:

I paid 250$ for my legs and bikini line- across the border (Canada). That was for my first session though. Next one is expected to be $550
