I have an appoinment for a treatment tomorrow. I have shaved in preparation and now have red bumps in the area. Will i still be able to be lasered or should I cancel? Thanks

that's just folliculitis and should be fine to laser over as long as they do look infected (have pus). If you get "razor bumps" next time use clippers with a 1 guard, the area does not have to be just shaved, however you don't want long hair either. The guard will clip the hair but not aggrevate the skin.
