entire face laser hair removal

Question
hi i was wondering if i could get help w/ this: i have dark brown hair and pale skin, and for the past 5 years I have been developing sort of sideburns on my face and neck (i say sort of because the hair is very long, thin and soft, not stubbly, but it is dark brown in color) every year i notice more and more of this hair on my face & neck, and i've tried over the counter removals that definately work, but the problem is is that I've got "peach fuzz" all over my face, so when I remove the hair from the sides of my face, my face looks funny because of the fuzz patches left, and my foundation goes on clumpy on the fuzzy parts but smooth on the places where i've removed the hair, and you can see the line where the fuzz stops. Even w/out makeup on it is noticeable. I have been considering laser treatment, but is there any way a laser can get rid of all my facial hair, even though the peach fuzz has no pigment to it, so that theres no obvious patches of hair free skin; or is there any way just the sideburns can be lasered off w/out such an obviousness unevenness?

Answer
Instead of paying for laser hair removal, what about triming the dark hair and bleaching it with Jolen, Sally Hansen or another over the counter hair lightener. I have the same problem, but just random dark hairs grow out and I've found that bleaching the entire area every few weeks camoflages the longer, darker hairs and they blend in with the peach fuzz.
