Question
I'm currently thinking about getting laser done at a spa called La Belle Day Spas in the Bay Area. This is the Information they give:
"Laser (LPA): LPA Epilation is the newest innovation in laser technology: it's a fast, gentle and near-painless method of removing unwanted hair. Appropriate for use on all skin types and complexions, and on face, bikini, leg, back and other delicate areas." Starting at 150.00"
This sounds suspicious to me. I've never heard of this laser before, and the claim about appropriate for all skin types and complexions also seeems untrue. However, its a very well-established Spa. Should I go somewhere else?
Thanks

"LPA" is a term I'm unfamilar with, and couldn't find any info on. I would call and ask specifically what brand of laser they use. I did a Google search, and the sites shown that used "LPA Epilation", all used Candela GentleLase and GentleYag, but didn't explain the phrase.
