I have performed brazilians (we consider that all the hair in the genital region, nothing left behind) on 2 men, both making "the transition" to becoming female. We discussed whether or not to wait until after their surgeries but they both wanted to be free of hair prior to that. They both tolerated the procedure very well. I used topical betacaine to aid in relieving discomfort. I must admit they did much better thatn most of my female clients. We joke that they were able to "take it like a woman!" The most difficult part was shaving prior to the treatment.
