upper lip, peach fuzz

Question
so, i'm 17 and i want to get it removed. the hairs are very fine, dim, but yet noticable in occassional photographs. i'm asian and have black hair.
how much would this upper lip job round out about to? and roughly...how long would the process take to i guess "permanetly remove" or "kill" all or a majority of the hair follicles?
and who do i call...a spa/salon....or a dermatology center?

Answer
Electrolysis would definitely be worth your while for this area.
How much and how long questions can only be answered by getting several consults. Someone has to actually see your upper lip. How much hair do you have? How thick or deep is the hair? How did you treat the hair in the past to disguise it? There are many variables involved. No two people with a hair problem are the exactly the same.
Generally speaking, most of my upper lip clients are cleared in 6-10 treatments, meaning 20-30 minutes once a week for 6-10 weeks. Thereafter, I may see them for some scattered clean ups for the remaining time. Most are done and happy somewhere in a 9-12 month time frame. Generally speaking, they spend between $400 - $600 to get permanent hair removal on the upper lip area.

Answer
