Hi,
lasercosmetica is having a summer special such that the prices are really low - i think, ($720 for 6 sessions of underarms). But they have only 2 techinicians in the midtown manhattan location so i'm a little worried if they have dealth with a lot of clients or not. I dont want to be one of the first few they are treating.
If anyone has heard anything about them it would be really helpfull.

that's a normal price. price range for underarms is $50-125 per treatment or so. And most give discounts when a package is purchased. What laser are they using? If you go in for a consultation, read the provided consultation form on this forum and ask most of those questions. have you checked out other NYC places? Run a search on this forum for "New York" or "NYC". there are several recommended places. Romeo&Juliet is one of them for example. not sure about their pricing, but they are knowledgeable.

i have heard of lasercosmetica, and considered going to them...but i found that they are more expensive than others...i chose a new place in park slope...the prices are very fair, adam and eve, seems good if you want to look into that

Romeo and Juliet is $1000 for six sessions.
Laser Cosmetica uses a Yag laser. Is that good for brown skin?
I just checked with Adam and Eve...they are using an Alexandrite. Which one is better?

$1000 for underarms is on the higher end. Yag laser is the only one to be used on brown skin. Alexandrite is not good for you, it's for light skin.

try calling -Company Name Deleted-. They have good prices now for the summer. And they are the largest in the industry so you'd be safe there.
