Question
Hi,
I hope you don't all mind me posting this, but I didn't know where else to go.
I work for a British magazine (a bit like Cosmo) for women in their twenties, called Company. I don't know if you're aware, but the UK is a little behind the US when it comes to cosmetic surgery, and so non-surgical procedures like Botox and lip fillers have only really taken off here in the last couple of years.
We've had so many emails and letters from readers that we've decided to run an 8-page feature on non-surgical treatments. At the moment, it's all very informative and positive, which is great, but I'd ideally like to balance things up with a story about the possible side effects.
I was therefore wondering if anyone in their twenties reading this might consider possibly talking to us (over email) and helping make other women in Britain aware that Botox can have side effects?
Taking part wouldn't involve anything major - we could just have a chat on email or on the phone, and you'd be able to see the feature before we go to print. I'd be able to send you a copy of the magazine afterwards as a thankyou.
If you think you'd like to help, or would like to find out more, please email me at
Best wishes,
