does threading hair make it grow back worse?

my sister starting threading hair recently, and it seems to be a bit better than waxing for her and lasts longer...
i was wondering if it makes the hair come out worse than before? does anyone know?

Waxing, threading and tweezing are exactly the same thing, only different tools to rip the hair out by the root.
It can stimulate hair in certain areas. Brows, usually not. Legs and arms, usually not. Facial hair, yes. Women's torso, yes.
If it seems that threading is lasting longer than waxing, it could be that the person that is doing the waxing is breaking the hairs off, rather that removing the entire hair by the root.

to add to that, I think my hair definitely got more coarse after waxing bikini and underarms for a number of years. as you remova hair from the roots in certain areas, the body stimulates more blood supply there to recuperate and since hair feeds on that, it can become stronger and more coarse.
