It's been a few weeks since my first treatment and after shedding have maybe only 20% of the hairs survived.
Is there a good chance the ones that shedded will grow back? Also my first treatment left my skin so red and bumpy, is it possible that it wont be so bad after the second treatment or should I expect the same reaction?

redness shouldn't last more than 1-2 days. otherwise, they might want to turn down the settings a bit. Let them know how your skin is reacting so they are aware. Technically, the hair that sheds shouldn't come back. The next hair that comes in should be the hair that was dormant.
