I received my 3rd session yesterday. 1st time was fine. (a year ago) 2nd time ( 6 weeks ago). the day after lots of itching. 3rd time ( yesterday) OH MY GOD!!! itching and red, very swollen just a few hours after. Has anyone else experienced this? The tech said it was my body releasing histamines. HUH?

redness should go away after 1-2 days tops, otherwise, they might want to consider using lower settings. use aloe vera on the area to relieve itching.

Histamine reactions can occur out of the blue, even when the other treatments were fine. Take a benedryl or 2 before your future treatments. And if it does happen again, use Sarna or Band-Aid anti-itch gel. Both products can be found with the bandages and first aid items.
