Answer
eythena mixed = erythema mixed , means that there was some redness noted, erythema just means red. This is one of the end points needed to tell if the setting was effective
perifollicular oedema nil = perifollicular edema nil means that there was very little (nil) swelling (edema) around the hair follicle (perifollicular), another end point of an effective setting
G2 seems to mean that after the 2nd treatment both you and he noticed a difference, meaning your settings are working. The other numbers were just the settings he used, you'd want to compare them to the previous settings used. 10mm is the spot size, 45 j/cm2 is the power, then frequency (Hz), and pulse width (m sec)
When you have laser hair removal you can tell if you are at a good power setting if you 1) smell burnt hair 2) see mild redness on the skin and 3) see little hive like rash around the hair follicle. In most people these last two fade after a few minutes to hours, rarely a day or so. We want to get to the most effective setting that does not compromise safety (blister, burn, etc). If you noticed these things even at a lower setting, the treatment was effective.
Hope this helps

Answer
thank you very much.
i do get to smell alot of burnt hair. well i have black hair so they smell a lot when burnt. there does seem to be some redness but the scarring does happen which went after 2 weeks. also, redness doesnt lasts much. i have starting getting a lot of pus filled & red shade acne on my face after 1 week of treatment from last laser treatment which last for a week or so, then it goes away.
thanks for the help in understaning
