Hi all
I'm a 22 year old male of Indian descent (as in the country India). I want to completely remove the hair of my back, shoulders, upper arms, back of neck. In addition to this I would like to have the hair on my forearms, legs, chest and abdomen reduced. I am quite light skinned when not tanned, kinda like this guy
I am quite hairy but not to an extreme level.
Can anyone reccomend a good laser for this treatment? will laser treatment be able to work on this skin colour?
Is it possible to have hair reduced without complete removal? I don't want funny looking hairless legs.
Finally, how many treatments (roughly) will it take to get the hair (almost) completely removed and how many for just reduction?

You need to find a Yag laser. There are many manufacturers who make this type of laser. You won't know how good your results will be until you try it. Everyone is different. you will need at least 6-8 treatments for the majority of hair removed. Most people need 1-2 touch-up treatments per year afterwards as well. It's hard to create an even "reduction" look with laser treatments. A very experienced tech might be able to do it, and you could do 1-3 treatments, but noone can really promise you that it won't look patchy. Laser works on coarse hair the best by the way, so whichever areas on you have that, you will get better results. For your skin type, make sure to use the Yag laser like I said and find an experienced tech. Experience of the tech is of utmost importance to achieve results.
