You are VERY lucky to live in the Montreal area. If you do a search for Dectro Interanational, you will find many salons in your locale that use microflash epilators. Apilus epilator's made by Dectro are microflash machines and this is the company credited with creating the new picoflash epilator. They may have school nearby where you can recieve treatments from students at reduced cost??????
