Answer
I use a machine at my health club called a Hoggan Torso Trainer and it really helps with my cervical dystonia and it really doesn't do anything for my torso. I have so much further range in my neck after using this. I throw a towel over my head to avoid making weird faces and then turn my head to the side that I have trouble turning to, and just push the handles round & round for about 40 minutes and this does work, but you have to push your head to the side you can't turn to completely and keep it there while you are turning this machine with your arms. I put the towel over my head as if it is there to catch sweat but this prevents the whole thing from becoming a odd looking spectacle.
I am making goofy faces while this happens so I cover my head with the towel. This machine is at least 7 years old so I hope this company is still making the same machine with the same name and not a different machine with the same name.
