I notice when I itch my neck, the hairs just come out with very little effort.
Is this best to avoid?
I kind of enjoy pulling them out but dont want that interfereing with the process.

as long as you are not using force to pull them out, it's fine. they would shed whether you're touching them or not.

Yeah they should just shed if you pull them by hand, dont use a tweezer. They shed easily.
