What happens to the hair that are ingrown and under the skin still.
How do they come out after the treatment or should i cut the skin and take them out somehow???

Just let them come out on their own; don't worry they eventually shed (I had numerous ingrowns). Don't touch them because the hair (for me anyway) was pretty embedded under the skin. If I attempted to get them out myself I would have definitely done some damage to my skin.
