The office that I'm planning on going uses CoolGlide Laser Hair Removal systems.
And what kind of lasers I should be looking for when deciding on LHR office?? What other names out there??
(Sorry if my questions sound stupid, I just don't know anything about it yet)

CoolGlide is a Yag laser, best for darker skin types.
GentleLASE is an alexandrite laser, good for light skin and dark hair.

I am also thinking about going to a place that uses some sort of Cutera ND:Yag system. I am Indian, probably a skin type V. I noticed on a different thread you mentioned that Sona Med Spas had bad reviews. Where does one find reviews and have you any recommendations for Arizona?

you can find others' experiences by running a "search" usually the search option on this and other sites by either your area or the specific center name etc. Sona is a chain, they have locations all over the US. I presonally prefer a smaller clinic with knowledgeable professionals who do not try to "sell" you on this medical procedure. This is just not the type of thing I would do that with. It requires medical knowledge, not a good salesperson in my opinion.
you can also run a search on the other LHR forums: hairtell and kitty's consumer beware.
