Absolutely not. If you are not a licensed technician I would stay far away. Thats how accidents happen. Just because you can purchase one doesnt mean you will know how to use it. Skin is delicate and with you forever and if you dont know what you are doing you could end up burnt or scarred for life. It's not worth it

none of the home-use machines are effective. it's basically a waste of money. they are not powerful enough to give you results. real lasers cost $50k+

I totally agree with the first two posts. Any laser marketed for home use will not be very effective. There is no way it would be allowed legally to have that much power at home without a medical license, registering the laser with the state board of radiation, etc.
