I go to a place in Verona, NJ; the dermatologist there is excellent (he performs the treatments). The place is called the Dermatology Group; they have a website. The only thing is they (I won't lie) are pricey, but you get good service.

She uses the Epicare Laser. I'm not sure how much back hair is but I shopped around and she was the cheapest(still not cheap but better than others I found). She will give you a free consultation.
As an example I am doing my entire face...the first 3 treatments were $350 then you get a discount if you need more(which you most likely will)
Then 4-6 treatments were at $250 and after the 6th it goes down to $150.
Legs she charges $1000 with similar discounts for later treatments.
It's worth going in for the consult!
