I have had 4 out of 5 treatments with Glynnis. I don't have any experience with any of the other technicians. My second treatment was performed by the doctor who oversaw the office when they were located in Georgetown. I wasn't happy with that treatment because the laser was set to pulse automatically and I felt that he went too fast and missed some spots. When I got back to Glynnis and explained my concern, she set the machine so that she was "pulling the trigger" manually.
