Okay I'm hooked on TCA and this sight I bumped it up to a second l/mmh/product/beauty/ayer/index.vm?procid=13&catid=642" target=_blank>ayer,I think I'm on my forth 20% home /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peel. I thought my face would burn off so I rinsed with baking soda, then it bubbled and everything was fine. I got a great peel and this is the seventh day and I'm still somewhat flakey.
I also did a few swipes under the eye area, this quit peeling on the 5th day. I did however get a few white heads under the peel There gone now. It really looks smoother and the lines are less noticeable.
I also have been using the TCA on my hands,chest,and neck,however I do put on a little more solution, the peeling is much less than my face,actually just some mild flakeing.
The advice that I got from Lekat about using very warm compresses and waiting for the skin to start peeling before using ointment,oil,or mosturizer,worked out great for me and I will stick with that method.
I went ahead and did this peel even though I had Holiday events this past weekend. When I noiticed a stare I told them I had been skiing.

I would love to see photos of those of us that are /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peeling....I haven't done my first peel yet...still using the Retin A and just received the /mmh/product/beauty/alphaderma/index.vm?procid=13&catid=682" target=_blank>/mmh/product/beauty/alphaderma/index.vm?procid=13&catid=682" target=_blank>Alpha Derma products....I am going to do it after Christmas...I ordered from Perfect Complexion....Can't wait to see the results! I am very happy with Retin A!!!!!

I used a 16% peel from Platinum last week and left it on for 2-3 minutes , and I didn't even peel ?? I've used Retin A for years -- do you think that my /mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>/mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>/mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>skin might be so conditioned to it or thick that the peel didn't work?

It might be-
next time you do the peel, you may want to try a 2nd l/mmh/product/beauty/ayer/index.vm?procid=13&catid=642" target=_blank>ayer- wait till the first dries, then do a second layer, lingering on trouble spots.

Roxygirl, since i know you use platinum and you do a 20% TCA /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peel, how many l/mmh/product/beauty/ayer/index.vm?procid=13&catid=642" target=_blank>ayers do you apply? and how much peeling do you normally do? i'm thinking of upping my TCA to 20% once i'm done using the /mmh/product/beauty/obagi/index.vm?procid=13&catid=202" target=_blank>obagi nuderm system..thanksKathy
