Hi, I had bad lower bleph surgery back in April 2003....I'm making an appt. to see this surgeon 'cause I want him to see what he did, and also I'm hoping to get at least some $$ back. I know I signed all sorts of stuff but seems to me he'd feel bad for taking $5,000 for making me look older. Anyone had any luck with this? I mean, I AM going to try and improve this, I just have so much research to do, but I am going to have to pay for fat grafts or whatever it is I chose to try.

Hi. I did get a refund from my PS, but I got it within 6 months of the surgery. I hate to say it, but it's been almost 3 years since your surgery. Have you been in continuous communication with him? If not, I just think he might chalk up the problems to the changes of aging. Best of luck. You can start with a visit and discussion, then perhaps a long certified letter. That's what I did. Suz

Yeah, it has been a long time but I think I had after photos taken at 6 weeks and maybe later, I think I was just an air head and didn't realize it was so bad and didn't say anything at the time. I have a /mmh/product/scar_reduction/index.vm?procid=42" target=_blank>scar unrelated to the surgery and I'm going to say the appt is for that, (to ask his opinion if it can be improved) and then say hey by the way....can you explain a bit more about the content of your letter? Thanks so much for responding....
