Today is #25 since my MFL.
I am so very happy with my results.
I have a couple of small stubborn bruises on my check bones and still have tightness behind my ears, but all in all....I would do it again in a heart beat.

I went out for dinner with some of my girlfriends who I haven't seen in a month, and they kept asking me if I lost weight LOL
They could not pin point what had changed. I did confess before dinner was over. Everyone just loved my new appearance.

Glad you found help in the Vitamin K creme! I swear by it! It works for general every day bruises too! Glad you love your new look, I love to hear it! If ignorance is bliss, then why aren't more people happy?
