Question
Hi,
I've been reading the board for awhile (love it!) in preparation for my face/necklift on May 16. I've heard about the noose neck and even the doc's nurses mentioned it to me. I'm wondering how it might be camoflaged, especially in the summer months, and also since some on this board say it can last up to 6 weeks. I could use turtlenecks in winter, but for now, any suggestions? And where on the neck is it?

For me, it was a slight ridge (that I masssaged) midway down- you can feel it more than see it. I live in SW Fla- so no turtleneck. I was self conscious of it, but my husband said not that noticeable.

Yeah- it's not what might think. In the beginning you are swollen, and you feel this tightness, rather than see it. I didn't think it was such a big deal. Don't worry. regards, Dawn

Ditto to the Arnica, and I used warm compresses before- this was not in the beginning- I used frz. peas in the beginning.
