Question
I don't have a toothache and I don't have a sinus infection, but for the last several days I've noticed one side of my face is puffy and tight.
I am a 11 weeks out post-op and you would not think that this far out I would not have lopsided puffiness and tightness, would you?

It is actually some better today. Go figure. Maybe all I needed was reassurance that my face was not going to explode or something .
I also posted to Dr. Naderi and he said to call my PS if it is a new problem, so I will do that and make an appointment to see him when I'm home next week, if it is not totally resolved by then.

I don't think flying woudl cause it. I fly out on Mondays and home on Fridays, so really only fly twice in a week for about 2.5 hours each way (where I'm flying to right now anyway).
The tightness and swelling are better now. It was magical. I posted here and to Dr. Naderi and the next day, it started resolving. Mind over matter or something weird.
