Thank you for the info. I am 46 years old and my skin to me just looks dull. I also have some sun damage at the very top of my cheeks that looks kind of like a little bit of /mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>wrinkled skin and some freckles that are sort of dark. It is not that bad - I just think I could look better.
What is a jessner /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peel?? Is that something you would recommend??
Thank you for all your help!
Answer
Just as info. I do use a pretty good skin care regimen it is called Theraderm. It was developed by a /directory/index.php" target=_blank>plastic surgeon but have been only using it a few weeks. I've just ordered Retin-A and can't wait to start using it.
Answer
Jessners' is more of a 'medium' /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peel- it goes to the full l/mmh/product/beauty/ayer/index.vm?procid=13&catid=642" target=_blank>ayer of the epidermis and you will have some 'down time', meaning you will look pretty bad for a few days with heavy crusting and peeling.
I contains salyicate and lactic acid (14%) and resocinal. This peel is really good at cleaning out pore congestion.
It also stings when going on. You need to make sure you can tolerate this, because if you rinse it too soon, you will not have an even peel.
You certainly can try the jessner's, it's just heavy duty for a home peel, you need to make sure you are up to it. Because this goes to the full layer of the epidermis, you should not do these more than once a month.

Thank you for all the information. I just have a few more questions. how often do you use a TCA /mmh/product/chemicalpeel/index.vm?procid=4" target=_blank>peel? Can you recommend a good /mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>skin care regimen brand of product that you think works well?
Thanks!
