Chez - You sure picked some bad photos to point out the areas you're not thrilled with! You look so darn GOOD in them!!!
First of all---that mother and daughter shot--is Victoria complaining about you guys looking like sisters!!?? You all look so great--so pretty and so full of life...and your beautiful granddaughter ( could just picture her as a ballet dancer!! She has that sort of face!)
As Shirl says....your eyes are "sparkly"--they really are!
Try as I might, it is REALLY hard for me to see the sags and bags you're pointing out....but, I do understand that the camera is not always cooperative......ya never know how you're gonna look in pix! Just when you want to look "bad"--ya look "good"! When you hold the skin up...then I can see it a little. But not much.
But I would be just like you....and want to confirm with the doctor that he's done absolutely all he can. I'd keep thinking "if......" And, now that your face has settled down from the swelling and gotten over the trauma of the lift, he can get a pretty good idea of just what you want--and whether he can do it. So, if you think you'll feel better, asking him about your eyes....why not!?
My main eye concern was getting my "lids" back. "Come out, come out, wherever you are...." So, I can't give you any medically factual info. about your own situation. but I was sitting here having a good belly laugh at the thought of you just 'taking in a tuck" in the corners of your eyes. I can just picture you saying to Mick "Look, honey....if you can just stick the pins in right HERE...and HERE.....we can just whip off a few quick stitches and it'll be done!".............."Oh, nooooooooo, you pinned them CROOKED!! And I TOLD you--do NOT double-knot the last stitch on the OUTSIDE!!!"
Incidentally, I had the endoscopic browlift, which seemed to minimize some of those lines, as well as opening my eye area. (Tho' I don't see you needing one at ALL.) Just want Harri to know that the type browlift I had was the least painful part of my facelift! There seems to be three different types, and from what Harri says the doctor told her--guess I'll be needing another one in 2010!
(By the way, Harri--next time you step foot in NY--don't check out without checking in with the 'Twinnies"! I'm so glad that you all had such a good time. Come back soon!)
Chez...I don't see that bump you're referring to. I do know that the "ridge" I had near the inner corner of my left eye, FINALLY went down about a month ago--so it took 5 months! So......
Anyway.....Chez, the main thing that I see when I look at your pix is a very pretty, very YOUNG-looking gal--with a sparkle in eyes!!
hugs, Lynn
