2 eyelids are different in size >< help...

Question
I had asian eyelid surgery done 5 days ago. I'm so worry right now because my right side is bigger then the left side. it's very noticeable. Just wondering when can I get the revision, and will I make things worse

Answer
Don't worry yet!! You should wait at least six months before you decide any further action/revision. It's usualy for the eyes to be different in size in the beginning. One might look swollen than the other for a while.

Bigger in what way? Swollen?

Answer
You shouldn't worry right now. Your eyes are certainly swollen, the incisions are not healed and emotionally your body is strained. I was told to expect a lot of changes for the first couple months, I'm giving it 6 months to decide. I've used copper peptides for a few years now for /mmh/product/beauty/acne/index.vm?procid=13&catid=205" target=_blank>acne. I've always thought it helped with swelling so I've used a little neutrogena visibly firm lotion around the orbital rim. Copper peptides were originally used by vets for deep wound healing, but too much can make the /mmh/product/beauty/index.vm?procid=13" target=_blank>skin itchy. My /directory/index.php" target=_blank>doctor also said to continue using /mmh/product/therapy/index.vm?procid=40" target=_blank>ice packs for 2 weeks. Drink lots of water, talk a walk and don't get preoccupied with the mirror just yet.
My incisions are obviously different on each eye, but it seems to be healing nicely. Almost 3 weeks, most of the bruises are dissapearing now.
