Question
Well I just had my second fat fatgraft. I'm still puffy and swollen. (It doesn't look bad, actually it looks pretty good in a Bjork kind of way. Really high cheeks and more almond http://public.fotki.com/VeryCherryGirl/fatgraft/
I'll take some more after this swell goes down from the 2nd graft.
Answer
Cherrycoke you look improved. The results look subtle, but very nice. The hollowness and darkness from too much fat removal are improved. I don't see contour irregularities or ridges. You have reason to be pleased!!!
Answer

Answer
Hi cherrycoke,
Please ignore my last message. I had not realized that there were private messages on makemeheal. So I got it and saw your pictures.
You look fantastic! You have such beautiful eyes. Your pictures are very inspirational to me. I havent had any consultations for fat grafting yet, but I hope all goes well and I can return to looking a little bit more like my old self. Thanks so much for sharing.
And may I ask who your PS is and where they are located?
Thanks!
Answer
The person who did my fat grafting is Dr Donofrio in CT. She specializes in fat grafting. MY PS who did my bleph you don't wanna know him . I wish I didn't. If you really want to know his name though, send me a private and I'll tell you.
I'm VERY glad I had the fat grafting. My eyes look even better now then they did in the after picture you saw in those /pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>/pictures/index.php" target=_blank>photos because that was after just 1 fg.
I was going to post about my results so far, so I'll just use my response to you to do it here.
Today is about 3 weeks from my second fat graft and it looks just as good as it did 2 weeks after the fg. Actually it hasn't changed a bit. I keep waiting to see more fat loss, but nothing seems to be dissipating. I can't believe how much has been corrected. I hope this stays. They say it can still be swelling and could die off or something. But I hope not. My hollowness is nearly corrected as of right now. I don't have those dents under the eyes and those funny lines. I still have some dark shadow under the eye. I didn't have dark circles before my bleph but I had TERRIBLE ones after. They are there but not near as bad nor do they cover as much area. My drooping on the ends has been improved SO much. THe one thing that I still have but it has improved by at least 50% is how one muscle in my lower lid shows more when I smile another deformity that I was graced with after the bleph. One was flat and the other had this little lump. Dr. Donofrio told me when I first pointed it out to her that she wouldnt be able to correct it but she could IMPROVE it. (SHe also said she saw a LOT of that after lower blephs) She certainly did improve it the lump. Although it still distracts from my smile, it doesn't look so incredibly asymetric as it did before the fg. It doesnt seem to be as long of a lump as before and because the area underneath it has been plumped up, it isn't as bulging. I'm going back in about 5 weeks and can't wait to see what happens then! Maybe we will be able to get rid of those circles.
Before my fatfraft I look absolutely frightening when I laid down on my back holding a mirror over my face. It was even worse when I leaned over a mirror. (Hovering over the mirror that is pointed up and looking down into it.) I also looked freakish when I laid on my side. It looked like my eyes were set in 2 round sockets. Really, it was ghoulish compared to what I used to look like. Very bride of frankenstein.
I look SO much better and don't scare myself when I walk by a mirror without /mmh/product/makeup/index.vm?procid=54" target=_blank>makeup like I did after the bleph. Everytime I walked by a mirror without makeup, it made my heart hurt. Hurray for Dr D!
